WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SEND IN A UNIT FOR REPAIR?

Whichever way is easiest for you.  We will use Fedex to return the unit, however you can use UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Also if your close enough you can make and appointment to drop the unit off to us.

HOW LONG DO REPAIRS TAKE?

We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times.  Most repairs will take just a day or so once estimates have been approved.

WHAT BRANDS OR MODELS DO YOU REPAIR?

We repair all major manufactures such as Invacare, Resmed, and Philips Respironics. Our factory trained technicians are able to repair most models of Resmed and Philips Respironics CPAP/BiPAP unless parts have been discontinued.

WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE WHEN SHIPPING IN A UNIT?

We ask that you include your name, phone number, and the address the unit is to bed returned. We also ask that a brief description of the issue you may be having with the unit be included

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, check , and all major credit cards. However, unit will not be returned until the unit is paid for.
